I recently had the pleasure of working with Folkes Brothers for the installation of a whole house central air and heating system, which included heat pumps and a heat pump water heater. My oil furnace system was showing its age and was intermittently not working, making it the perfect opportunity for an upgrade. The team, comprising Dustin, Vladimir, and Brendon, showcased remarkable professionalism from start to finish. They arrived on time, thoroughly explained the installation process, and answered all my questions with clarity. Their expertise and respect for my home were evident, as they worked efficiently and kept the area clean throughout the project. Additionally, they refurbished the attic insulation, further enhancing the energy efficiency of my home. What truly stood out was their courteousness and honesty. There was no pressure to upsell unnecessary services; rather, they focused solely on what was best for my needs. The new systems and improved insulation have significantly enhanced the comfort and efficiency of my home. Great communication, punctual, meticulously clean, and impressive plumbing/equipment installation workmanship. Scheduling was easy, planning and pre install very informative dealing with DJ was a pleasure, I have full confidence in future maintenance of this system with Folkes Brothers.

Excellent service! I called at 9:30am to get my central air fixed. It randomly stopped working and would not blow any cool air. Brandon is the technician who came out, and in less than 1 hour from when I called, my AC is fixed and running perfectly. Can’t beat that!

Folkes brothers just replaced my entire HVAC system, they gave me a much better price than various other companies, Dustin, one of the owners was on site during the entire installation, the craftsmanship is superb, extremely neat and organized, my system looks and performs 100 times better. Highly recommend them.

I was really impressed with the service these guys provided. They showed up right on time in a clean, professional van and got straight to work on our heating system. While they were here, they found a leaking valve that could have caused serious damage, but they were able to fix it right away. The tech was professional and friendly throughout, and the pricing was fair. I’d highly recommend Folkes Brothers to anyone looking for reliable service!

I rarely write reviews, but I decided to make an exception in this case. My old boiler was leaking and was rusting from the inside out. It was not well maintained by the previous homeowner. As a result, I decided to have it replaced and received five quotes within my area. Folkes Brothers’ price was reasonable and was the only company that took the time to thoroughly explain the work that was required. They also worked within my schedule and notified me exactly when they were going to arrive and showed up on time. They were courteous throughout the installation process and explained everything they were doing. Dustin’s crew were all professional in every aspect. He supervised/worked and kept the project moving along like clockwork and replaced my old boiler and new hybrid water heater (something I added to the project) in one day. They also kept my house cleaned throughout the process. They are a fine crew, and I would highly recommend Folkes Brothers.

I had a broken sewer line and called Folkes Brothers to come look at the problem and give me an estimate for fixing it. Tyler came to my home the same day I called them, diagnosed the problem and fixed my sewer line the very next day. This was no easy job, because the company had to do a tedious excavation to fix the sewer line. I feel compelled to let anyone reading my review know that what impressed me the most about Tyler and his crew was their professionalism and courtesy. This is one of the best, if not the best, companies that has done work at my home, and they are indeed a 5-star company.

I would highly recommend Folkes Brothers in servicing your HVAC systems, they recently installed two Bosch heat-pump systems to handle our heat and A/C in our residence. Dustin and his team did a terrific job with the entire installation, their work was meticulous and the estimate provided was substantially better than I received from other contractors. In addition, I appreciated the fact that Dustin was an owner / operator, he was onsite at all times performing the work with his team and took great pride in seeing that the work was completed to perfection!

A Solid and terrific work performance on the install of a new Hydro Air unit!! From the very onset with Dustin, his patience and clear explanations upon request until the end of an exemplary, efficient and clean up process afterwards! I give Folks Brothers, the highest rating possible! I will certainly use them again with no doubts!!
