Folkes Brothers HVAC Was a fantastic company to work with. Very honest and professional and knowledgeable. They came over to my home on time . They sent a very professional technician Brandon who was very helpful and knowledgeable and doing all the diagnostic tests as described and let me know what each step was and gave me all updates and pricing up front. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a professional HVAC Company !

Jon, my service technician arrived at my house this morning to address some issues I had with my water softener system he was very knowledgeable and informative about my issues. I’m not looking forward to needing a plumber any time soon but if need be I will be calling Folkes Brothers for any of my future needs.

We were in an emergency situation on a Sunday night, of all nights. We miraculously found the Folkes Brothets and they originally told us that they couldn’t come until the following day, which we accepted gratefully. Then even more miraculously, they called back and told us they would be at our home in 15 minutes. Apparently somebody came back before they were due, and a technician was able to come out and take care of us right away. The Folkes Brothers presented us with a more than reasonable fee for their work and we accepted right away. They were professional from the very beginning and I would recommend them highly.

Brandon explained everything to me perfectly and it was very easy to deal with him. Diego and Vladimir show up on time. They took the old boiler, it wasn’t easy but they made it look that it was, then installed the new one in an organized and professional fashion. I would recommend them to anyone.

My water heater broke water all over the floor within an hour. Someone was at the house.You guys are the best.

I’ve had the pleasure to be a customer of Folkes Brothers HVAC & Plumbing, having great experiences on 3 different occasions. I lucked out on finding them through a random google search and checking out their reviews. They’ve done everything from replacing my hot water heater, to clearing my kitchen sink drain pipe, to most recently replacing a very old leaky toilet, with a more modern throne. I’ve interacted with at least 6 employees from office staff to field staff and assistants. Every single member of this team I’ve met or spoken to, has been stellar. My annual HVAC check-up will be in May. While I’d rather not have to deal with leaks, clogs, and maintenance, it is nice to know there’s a friendly team ready to help. Thanks Folkes Bros!

Starting with the quote process, Folkes Brothers provided a comprehensive quote, answered all questions about the quote and ultimately provided the best value. They performed the job as scheduled. They were on time and professional. The technicians were courteous and polite. The quality of work is excellent and the work area cleaned after the job was completed. They reviewed the work with me, showing me how to use the equipment and answering all questions. They did an excellent job and I plan to use them for my future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Very professional, courteous and clean. They cleaned my AC which was beyond dirty and it now works like new. When I had a leak, they came right away to fix it. They didn’t leave until the job was done. They explained what they did and why. They also cleaned up after themselves. I am beyond satisfied with FOLKES Brothers and their work.
